oil filter is located underneath the hoodm when you open the hood its right in front of you between the radiator and engine little to the right, there are two little tanks, one is for your steering atf liquid only and other one is for your oil filterWhere is the oil filter located on a 2000 bmw 328 i?
no its not under the car nor is it in the trunk. in your car its very easy to access and its under the hood right in front of the engine. its a black round bottle with a head for a wrench. theres two black bottles ones for the atf fluid and the other has a oil filter
Sibechick is spot on. You simply unscrew the top cap using the hexagonal molding on the filter housing. The filter can them be changed. You also need to change the rubber seal on the filter housing
under the car, but sometimes it can be in the trunk's siding parts. just check the bmw manual that comes with the car. it should be in your dashboard.
Your oil filter is under the hood, it is under the cap towards the front of the engine bay.
