You might get lucky at NAPA and have a counter guy that actually knows what a cartridge filter is, if not I usually order a lot of my parts from (messicks.com) they are in Pennsylvania, I get oil filters there for tractors and the combine, even got a bunch of cultivator parts from them, they have good parts guy's on the phone also..
You can also try www.ytmag.com there is a place there to order parts, I have never ordered more than a tractor manual from there though..
