I want to change the oil filter but the new filter came with 3 O rings. Can someone tell me where these O Rings go and also where can i purchase a maintenance manual? I can not find any manuals in any sores and want to find out simple routine maintenance items such as this. HELP!My 1999 Mercedes C280 has an oil filter on top of engine.?
Try a key word search on goggle you should be able to find a used manual on line. As to the O rings I believe that filter fits a number of other models you have to determine the correct o ring for yours. You do not need all 3.
