There wouldn't be an oil filter on that small of an engine. Just make sure to change the oil at least annually. I don't think ther would be a fuel filter either. If there is one it would be under the gas tank.Is their an oil and gas filter on a troybilt tuff cut 200 and 21';cut/6.5hp.LAWNMOWER?
No oil or fuel filter. The air filter is on the carburetor. Other side of the engine from the exhaust. I would suggest that you get a replacement manual. Check the Troybuilt site they may have it on line. Or MTD, thats who makes them.
