i need helpI have same 94 same v6 but i have a oil problem i noticed a oil puddle so i changed oil/filter but still leak?
crawl under the vehicle and find the puddle and the last bead that's dripping off and look up and in front of that bead with a flash light. could be a number of things. pan gasket, drain plug, head gasket, crank case seal, and that's just to name a few more than likly it's either the drain plug, filter seal, or a pan gasket. but crawling under there and finding that last bead and checking up and in front of it is your best bet as to finding that leak.I have same 94 same v6 but i have a oil problem i noticed a oil puddle so i changed oil/filter but still leak?
I'd take the car by your local autozone, one of the 8 dollar an hour specialists will come out for free with a flashlight and determine where it's leaking while selling you new O2 sensors.
first make sure your gasket from your old filter is not still stuck to engine some times they dont come off with fiter. then check were the filter screws on the plate behind it is somtimes a bolt on item an comes loose make sure it is tight
probably a gasket maybe the oil pan gasket or hopefully not but the head gasket or possibly the oil pump maybe the oil pan plug?
Check to make sure you did not leave the old oil filter gasket stuck to the engine block when you changed the filter. Two gaskets stacked on top of each other will leak.
