As with all mercedes, it's on the left side of the motor, facing up. You access it from the top. Here are some diagrams which may be of help:

Take a look at the owner's manual in your glove box, it should show you where it is.
it's in the trunk of the car cause my dad have one and he couldnt find the oil tank finally he went to mercedes benz of miami and they thouth him its in the trunk
The V12 engines are a little different.


The filter is hard to see, Its on the driver side of the car under the air intake pipe on that side. It doesn't stick straight up like the other MB cars do.
most are located underneath or half way down on the back, some are even located inside the oil pan
