An ';oil filter housing'; is the canister that holds a cartridge-type oil filter. This is not applicable for 2004 Subaru cars.

The part is called the ';cover under the oil filter.'; At least that's what the manual calls it.
Splash sheild access flap or something similar.
There is the Plastic Shroud with the panel that swings out of the way to access the oil filter. I know what your talking about. Go to the web site below and you can get it here. Go the the OEM CATALOG and your going to have to enter your year make model. Then there will be two categories. I'm not sure which one your part/s is in but you'll have to do some searching. But it WILL be in there. They have every nut and bolt to your car here. You could also go to a Subaru dealership and they will tell you all the part names and part numbers you need. They can order them for you too but i found that ordering through the website is cheaper. Good Luck.
