It's missing the bottom screw, and the other two the bolts spin but to not unthread at all!My 1986 suzuki dr125's oil filter is stuck!?
if the bolts are stripped, grab a pair of vice grips and put them on the head of the bolt as tight as possible, and pull hard... should yank out, or at the very least, the still intact threads will mesh together, and then you can unscrew it and it will move.
