Does a rail buggy have a oil filter?

A stock Type I engine has a strainer in the bottom of the block. You take it off, wash or replace it, %26amp; put it back on. You can get kits to add a spin-on remote mount filter. This involves changing the oil pump on the rear of the engine, but does a much better job of keeping the oil clean.Does a rail buggy have a oil filter?
If it is a type one motor there is a filter screen in the sump plate. You can put a full flow oil filter in you type one engine You'll have to pull the motor completly apart. EMPI as a kit to mount up a twist on oil filterDoes a rail buggy have a oil filter?
